Murrysville Medic One responded to Route 22 at the Cozy-Inn Cut-Off for a report 2-vehicle MVC. Patients were transported to local hospital.

Murrysville Medic One responded to Mayer Drive in Murrysville for a reported one-vehicle MVC. Upon arrival found one-vehicle vs. utility pole.

Murrysville Medic One responded to William Penn Highway near Tarr Hollow Road, for a reported MVC involving a commercial truck and multiple passenger vehicles. One patient was flown to a trauma center by Life Flight.

MVC with Entrapment

Meadowbrook Road

Murrysville Medic One responded to Meadowbrook Road for a reported MVC - vehicle vs. tree with entrapment. Rescue operations lasted about 1/2 hour.  One patient was flown to a local trauma center.

Murrysville Medic One responded to Route 22 near Rick's Sports Bar for reported 2-vehicle MVC involving a passenger vehicle and tractor trailer. Upon arrival crews found one occupant that was unresponsive and grossly entrapped in the vehicle with noted severe front-end damage to both vehicles.

Ludwig Road

Murrysville Medic One was dispatched to the intersection of Ludwig Road and Route 366 for a reported one-vehicle MVC with reported entrapment. On arrival MM1 found an unresponsive patient entrapped in the rolled over vehicle. The patient was transported to an area trauma center for care.

Youngstown

Support 610 was dispatched to The Hollow Tavern on Route 30 in Youngstown to assist with firefighter rehab during a working commercial structure fire which had units throughout Westmoreland County responding. Murrysville Medic One's Support Unit responded where it deployed an inflatable shelter and portable heaters to provide comfort to firefighters during the sub-freezing temperatures
